Wszystko było super

Wielkość lokalu, wyposażenie, udogodnienia typu zmywarka plus 3 tabletki do niej, ekspres do kawy plus 4 kapsułki. Ciepło w obiekcie już od samego wejścia do budynku. Szczelne okna. Restauracja na parterze gdzie można było zjechać windą na dół bez wychodzenia na zewnątrz. Blisko do skibusa aby dojechać na stok oraz możliwość zjechania na nartach prawie pod sam obiekt (świetna trasa wzdłuż rzeki). Pobliski sklep spożywczy. Po prostu świetna lokalizacja.

Brak czajnika w apartamencie. Nie było możliwości regulacji temperatury w sypialni (dla nas było za gorąco).

Very good location, close to restaurants, supermarket and next to ski bus stop. 3 minutes bus to slopes and we were able to ski back. Great quality, new apartment. Spacious. Large, good quality beds. Even the bunk beds can accommodate older teenagers. Underground parking was a plus. Great ski locker.

Very little. You have to leave by 10:00 but then there is nowhere to leave your car or change after skiing if you want to stay in Pec longer. Coffee machine was not as described, so I brought the wrong coffee.

Booked a bit late when there were not that many options around. The price was fine and nominal pieces were also good: pretty fresh interior, parking, necessary furniture and equipment. The location is easiely accessible.

After booking and paying via Booking I've got an email another reservation system where I needed to write again all details + got a notice that I'll need to pay extra tax and cleaning fee (in cash!). The cleaning fee didn't apply in the end but confused me. There is no reception so I had to take the keys from a sports shop further the street and then return back. The room was for 8 people (2 families) but there is only one parking place. The second car was parked far away on a paid parking (guest card discount didn't apply since I had to take a car from the parking during my stay). The entrance to the garage is horrible - very curvy and narrow. No one told me what's the parking place number, so I had to call and ask. The room had number 405 and parking place had "the same number" as they said - number 5 (so remember 405 and 5 are the same numbers!). The apartment was very dirty (dust and hairs all around). It had very basic toiletries (2 mini pieces of soap and 1 small shampoo stick - for 8 people!). Same with other equipment: the cheapest Sencor hairdryer, non-name stove and microwave which worked from time to time and a cattle. No coffee machine, no grill, no oven. There are a bus station and a mountain river right under the building so we either closed all windows and had no fresh air (no climatization, by the way) or we opened windows and got extremely noisy nights. There are 2 sofa-beds in the main room but you cannot fold them as there is no place for it. Doors to the batch/toilet are sliding and have no lock (sometimes are self-opening) + hi hearing from outside :(( Toilet seat was broken (dropping away all the time, I had to screw it back). The bathroom was large and empty: with pipes/place for washing machine without an actual machine, and with too few places for 8 towels; only 1 socket there (we had to switch hairdryer and 3 electro-brushes all the time).
