Naprosto krásné a čisté místo s nejkrásnějším výhledem na Sněžku.
Personál velmi vstřícný a hodný. V den, kdy jsme šly na Sněžku v noci, tak nám připravili svačinu, která byla velká, včetně ovoce a sladkosti na energii 😂❤️.
Venkovní bazén a vířivka krásně čisté a teplé, posezení úžasné.
Snídaně a večeře byly výborné.
Určitě jsem v tomto penzionu nebyla naposledy.

Líbila se mi klidná lokalita, čistota a útulno. Paní nám při chladném počasí nabídla deky přes sebe - venku na terase. Třešnička je pejsek, který nás při cestě z výletu vítal. Večeři jsme neměli zajištěnou, ale když jsme měli hlad, byla nám večeře i tak nabídnuta :) Z pokoje je krásný výhled na Sněžku. Točená malinovka je výborná!
Jediné, co mi chybělo byl fén a je škoda, že je malé umyvadlo v koupelně.

Der versprochene „Bergblick“ unserer Suite war wirklich nicht übertrieben, die Aussicht war gigantisch. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und es waren auch ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden (bei Schnee allerdings nur mit geländegängigem Fahrzeug erreichbar). Ihr solltet aber vielleicht mal eure Schnapsbar wieder auffüllen 😉
Das Bad ging gar nicht! Die Dusche war schimmelig und es gab nicht mal Handseife und die Türklinke kam ins direkt entgegen geflogen. Die „Suite“ war muffig, der Teppich und die Heizkörper hatten Flecken von diversen Flüssigkeiten. Einen Mülleimer haben wir leider auch vermisst. Die ganze „Suite“ hatte eher den Charme einer Jugendherberge der 90er- Jahre. Die anderen Zimmer scheinen aber besser ausgestattet zu sein. Und nervige Hunde im Restaurant bzw. Frühstücksraum sind auch nicht in Ordnung.
