Die Lage und Aussicht ist perfekt! Kinder können ohne Problem allein raus gelassen werden. Direkt am kleinen Skilift. Ein Restaurant ist direkt im Haus. Gutes Essen, Bier und Frühstück! Gemeinschaftsraum mit 2 Tischtennisplatten.

Leider hat sich im Zimmer 1 eine Maus in der Schlafcouch bzw. In der Küche eingenistet. Im Zimmer 5 waren Mäuse auch in den Wänden zu hören. Leider waren die Bezitzer ab der Abreise nicht anzutreffen um diese Punkte anzusprechen.

Great location right next to a small ski lift, busses driving often to the larger skiing places. A few minutes walk to the town center.

No English speaker at the reception and no information given about amenities etc.

The location was great - the town is adorable and it is pretty easy to get around there. The room itself was also ok, and it was nice we could hang out in the kitchen area, since there were six of us and we needed some space to relax and hang out in the evening.

The main issue was the staff and the communication. After booking, I messaged them to ask if we could check in from 12:00. They confirmed and said we could. I then wrote again to ask about checkout, as checkout was at 10:00, but we wanted to do some hiking that day and hoped we could leave our gear in the building somewhere after checking out of our room. They confirmed and said we could leave it in the attic or in our car. As we were not coming by car, we decided attic would be perfectly fine. On the day, we arrived at 12:00 and nobody was there to check us in, so I called the phone number. A man answered, and I said we had arrived and nobody was answering the door bell. The man cursed at me, and then hung up the phone. It was very clear that they had forgotten about us and were angry they had to go to work. A woman called me back. First she tried to gaslight me and tell me that I hadn't emailed them asking to come at 12, even though I had the email open on my phone. She started telling me that they would come around 14:00 and so we could just leave our things in our car and go for a walk. I told her that we did not come by car, and she said, "You mean to tell me that you are six adults and none of you have a car???" We chose to come by public transportation and she spoke with such condescension :D She hung up a bit after that, saying they would come at 14:00 and I was clearly upset about this. Then she called back again and claimed that I had said we would put our things in our car on the day we checked out, but that I must have been lying because we don't have a car?? I told her no, we did not agree to anything about a car. We were offered the attic. So she said, "The attic is unavailable because nobody will be there." So the entire place was completely unstaffed the entire weekend. They did finally show up before 13:00 for us to check in, and they arranged for us to leave our things after checking out.
