The location, the firmness of the bed, and reception allowing us to leave our luggages before check in
I got a quadruple room with 2 beds since i was with my son. However one of the beds has no cover at all. Also there was no thicker blanket so I suffered through the night. I have arthritis but my son cannot stand the heat so we had to turn the aircon on. It would have been ok if at least there was a duvet cover atleast that was tucked somewhere (as there was a duvet) but there was none provided.

This is a lovely spacious apartment just outside the historic center, everything you would need was provided.
Cannot say there was 1 thing I did not like. Salvatore was a wonderful host!

Excellent location
We were given poor instructions on how to get to our room. Sending us to different levels to get keys that didn’t even exist ! Using keys that didn’t even exist ! Useless directions that had absolutely nothing to do with us ! Staff with a clue should be working there not staff that don’t care about their customers !
