I liked that the room had a balcony. The staff was helpful.

The place said there would be an iron in the room but you actually have to borrow the iron and hope that someone else isn’t using it. The room was much smaller than what the pictures proposed, you could barely fit your luggage in the room. The room could have used a mini fridge and a bigger garbage—but then again the room was so small it wouldn’t have fit. It wasn’t really lively where I was at so I wish again, for the amount I paid, I stayed somewhere with more people because when you look out your balcony, nothing is going on.

The location was great for us. The cleaning staff were kind and helpful.

The pictures didn’t accurately depict what I was expecting. I was traveling with my two children and having a Murphy bed that blocked the exit door (should there be an emergency), was not favorable. You provide a small bureau with hangers, but you cannot properly hang your clothes as the space provided is too short for normal clothing sizes. The rug directly outside of the elevator on the first floor, continued to get stuck underneath the elevator door, making it very difficult to get out of the elevator on the first floor (which can become a safety hazard), when we were trying to get breakfast. This happened more than several times and my daughter and I were stuck and had to be helped by 3 other guests throughout our stay. I asked for a hotel invoice to be printed for me and the gentleman said that he could not give me one because the person responsible for that was not there. He informed me that I would receive a bill via email. I never did. There is a gentleman‘s club directly next-door to the hotel, which was not what I expected when I arrived with my children. I called the hotel to specifically ask if the rooms with two beds had a balcony, and I was told that they did. When I arrived, I was informed that that is not the case.
