    Hotel is beautiful. Outstanding breakfast. The staff is very mindful of your satisfaction, they care. Beds super comfy. Large rooms, nice bathroom. Close to the city center by taxi or Bolt. Nice restaurants and cafes around the hotel. I will stay again.

    I was delighted with the hotel and the hospitality!! When I booked the room, I asked to be given a nice room because my husband and I are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We were greeted by a decorated bed with rose petals. Thank you, little things make people happy! We also received a welcome cake. I have no complaints about the hotel - the bed was very comfortable, the room (apartment) was spacious, there was a coffee machine, a microwave, a fridge. The breakfast was excellent.The staff-people are very kind and friendly. I will recommend this hotel to everyone,and I hope I will come again :)

    Locations is great and the rooms are very good. But not a place I would recommend as they need to do better in terms of customer service. I can understand mistakes happen but what you make the customer go through afterwards is what determines whether they would be loyal to you or recommend your hotel.
