It comes with four bedrooms which include two doubles, a twin and a single, there is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep seven people. Its interior also includes a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with an open fire, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a conservatory. To the outside you will find plenty of off-road parking and an enclosed garden with a lawn and patio with furniture and a barbecue. Cefn Werthyd Farmhouse is a welcoming getaway for friends and family to enjoy together.
Amenities: Oil central heating, open fire, woodburning stove, Electric oven and hob, Rayburn, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, TV, DVD, WiFi, books. Travel cot and highchair available. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. External barn with 2 x adult and 2 x children bicycles provided by the owner (to be used at own risk). Enclosed garden with patio and lawn with furniture and charcoal barbecue.
