About this cottage rental
The house itself is comfortable and spacious enough for 8 people to spread out inside or outside. There is a well equipped open plan kitchen and dining room which leads through to the TV room and downstairs bathroom. Further through you'll find the vaulted sitting room, once orginally the attached cowshed. This is a large open room with a huge traditional fireplace in the gable end. Upstairs are the four bedrooms and a further bathroom. There is plenty of space outside as well. Ranges of old stone outbuildings wrap around the parking area to the front; sneak along the hedge to avoid disturbing the ever present rabbits and you'll find the main garden with its huge lawn and views to die for. A sense of peace pervades; feeling far from the madding crowd but surprisingly close to the action. It's secluded and completely private but the views south over the rich fields of Mon (Anglesey) over to the high peaks of Eryri (Snowdonia) are quite something to behold
