Peacocks on Paterson is a beautifully appointed two bedroom apartment is ideally located in the heart of Launceston City Centre. Offering all modern conveniences, whilst maintaining the properties original integrity. The property is comfortably furnished, with everything you'd need for a relaxing stay.
The open plan kitchen, dining and living, is the perfect space to unwind after a hectic day of exploring the region or a wonderful space to come home to after a busy work day. The modern kitchen, is the perfect place to create gourmet delights made from local Tasmanian produce. However, should you wish to eat out or grab some takeaway, you're truly spoilt for choice, right on your door step. And to make your stay a little more special there is a Nespresso coffee machine, with free coffee pods. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. Plus the bathroom offers quality toiletries for your enjoyment.
Within walking distance of the apartment is the Queen Victoria Museum, Boags Brewery, Utas Stadium and award winning Harvest Market (on every Saturday morning). If you jump in the car, you're only a short drive to some of Launceston's and surrounding areas local attractions; famous Tamar Valley region, offering world class wine and food; the historic villages of Evandale and Longford; Low Head Pilot Station
There is an adjacent council car-park, but you will need to pay for parking as per council charges. There is no free parking.
