Upon arrival was nice and close to the CBD. A cozy nice and clean little house.

Was very disappointed that the handbook states that there is a coffee pod machine, that clearly wasn’t there. Before arrival I did email the host to ask what brand of capsules to buy was told Nespresso capability. Once we had arrived and realised there was no pod coffee machine I text the host. only to have the response of, my humbled apologies. I have the house confused. False advertising and should be removed from the handbook info. Also upon arrival and going to sit down at the bay window in the lounge, it was loaded with thousands of Ants running over the cushions. Considering that the cleaners had just been in this should’ve been a job that was vacuumed and cleaned and rectified..

Great heating. Bright and clean easy walk to shops and cafes

Kitchen could have been better equipped. Second bathroom had a very strong odour.

Difficult to navigate the TV and streaming services

The property is a stunner. There was everything you needed at hand. The parking was a bit tight but very easy to reverse in and drive out. I was expecting more traffic noise but it was very quiet after peak hours. The beds, pillows and sheeting were excellent. Location is central and easy to walk to all shops and restaurants. Will certainly stay again.

A small thing but just a bench for toiletries would be great.
