Welcome to your charming home away from home! From the moment you arrive, you'll immediately fall in love with the delightful cottage features. Plus, you'll appreciate the hassle free off-street parking – tucked away in one of Launceston's loveliest driveways!

Step inside where you will be greeted by the entrance hallway and graceful high ceilings. You're sure to adore the two lovely bedrooms located on either side of the hallway. Each room is designed to be super homely with a comfy queen-sized bed, storage and thoughtful touches.

Further down the hallway you'll find the cute and cosy living area. Sink into the plush couches and enjoy a good book or your favorite TV shows on the smart TV or if you prefer, soak up the sunshine in the attached sunroom.

The kitchen and bathroom are accessible from the living area. The kitchen is filled with character, perfectly blending original features with elegant and contemporary renovations. The space is filled with modern appliances, essentials and cookware, with a small laundry off to the side. Our favourite little feature is the old fireplace, which has now been converted into an oven nook.

This attraction provides you and the family with a fabulous day out, with boat rides, rock climbing, rope courses, and more found here. For the adults, Penny Royal also provides a beautiful atmosphere where you can enjoy a wine or coffee.

An additional area to note is the Seaport Precinct. Here you will find some of Launceston’s most beloved restaurants and bars scattered along the edges of the Tamar River. We enjoyed our stay in this historic Victorian house but we only gave it 4 stars because the back patio had not been properly tidied, and the recycling bin was overflowing. We notified the management office but only spoke to the receptionist who said she would pass on our concerns. Inside was clean and comfortable.
