This apartment is located within the Sebel, Launceston. It has many great facilities including secure parking, gym, Blue Stone restaurant, Lounge area and is a quick 5 minute walk to the centre of the city.
The space has 2 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A spacious balcony, open plan living, kitchen and dining area.
Comfortably furnished it is ideal for small family's, couples or business travellers.

Guests have access to the whole space
There is a lockbox at the property for self check in. We are available if needed during your stay.
If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.
A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.
Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.
If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.
Stripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.

We absolutely loved the Apartment . The host immediately replied to any of our queries.The apartment was beautifully set up,comfortable,clean and tidy.It was central to all areas and the drive to the national park was only a few kilometres away.The city and marina was also within walking distance. We would definitely like stay there again.

Everything was great. Very comfortable. Katie was fantastic after we couldn't quite work out the heating. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
