Beautiful views and amazing location (especially for New years Eve- we watched the fireworks from the balcony). Excellent restaurants close by, walking distance to CBD and other attractions. Spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen. Having the laundry was amazing.
Parking was a challenge and finding the property on the first day.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and had a beautiful view. Very spacious and comfortable.
BE AWARE: There is no free parking! There are two sections to park in, one is $7.50 per day and the other is over $50 per day! There was nothing to say it was paid parking and no option if the parks were full. When I phoned the person on the phone was very rude and unhelpful!

Unit was comfortable, suitable for 2 couples and in good location for dining.
Inside unit was clean but entry stairs, front and back balconies all filthy.
Parking an issue as it requires payment at a meter from 8am to 5pm - not good when raining. Also no easy drop off at unit as parking removed from apartment.
As commented by others the outside sail over balcony very noisy when windy.
