room 5 at The Old Federal Coffee Palace is extremely roomy with everything you could want to be self-sufficient! .. very comfortable & surprisingly very quiet! .. right in the heart of Launceston City! .. shops & conveniences in every direction! .. great value!
hard to find with Maps .. use street address rather than accommodation name .. look for a roller door on the right of Building 1888, if driving it is on left hand side road

Fantastic Location right in the heart of Launceston & walking distance to everything. Heritage Building, exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated & quality appliances.
Everything was wonderful but if I had to put something it would be that you have to stand in the bath to shower in the main bathroom. Definitely wouldn’t detract from us staying again though, we can’t wait to return.

Amazing apartment in an excellent location right in the middle of town. Such a cool place that was well appointed and very cosy. Bedrooms were great, bathroms were good; beds comfy and the atmosphere and vibe was really amazing. Easy to caste to the Samsung TV and had a relaxing evening in, after cooking our own dinner. Parking underneath was easy to access and use. Highly recommend this property.
