The apartment is situated in the heart of Launceston's CBD, within easy walking distance to all cafes, restaurants, theatre & shopping. The apartment is a spacious & comfortable space to come back too, after exploring our amazing city & region.
Saturday morning will see you wandering down the street to the local Harvest Market, to purchase your fresh produce from local growers. Then back off home to whip up a gourmet delight. You can enjoy all this, at the end of the day, on your own private balcony, whilst watching the city pass you by.

This was an amazing spot and so close to so much. Everything you need was 5 mins away or less. Probably not ideal with toddlers as there is neighbours downstairs.

Book in after 3 pm is unreasonable , discuss with TAG and negotiate this . Don’t be put off by both entrances as the apartment is roomy and comfortable . The local boy racers do love the lights and corner , shut the double glazed door and flick on aircon. Great cafes on street below and walking distance to everything .

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Property generally okay, however location on the corner of busy roads may it a very noisy location as well as being opposite a pub. Made it difficult to go outside. Bedroom too hot.
