Near the historic center of Porto and the Port Wine Cellars, in a quiet fishing village, near the river, the sea and the beaches. You can enjoy nature and quiet while being close to Porto's main tourist and historical sites.
The apartment was renovated in 2018. The building is located in Afurada, a small fishing village in Vila Nova de Gaia, on the left bank of the Douro River and within walking distance of Porto Historic Center and Porto Wine Cellars.
Within walking distance are Douro Marina and the Douro Estuary Nature Reserve. The reserve is the place for the shelter and nesting of many birds. A perfect place for bird watchers and nature photographers. In the area there are many restaurants, small supermarkets and bakeries.
Ground floor: 1 bedroom living room with sofa bed, kitchen, toilet with shower and storage.
Upper floor (38 m2): 1 bedroom and living room.
The house is equipped with: microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle, magic wand, kitchenware, iron, bed linen and towels, vacuum cleaner and heaters. It offers internet access (WiFi) and cable TV.

Die Wohnung ist schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ist ziemlich klein. Das obere Schlafzimmer liegt unter dem Dach und ist für große Personen eher nicht geeignet.
Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Straße und es ist dadurch recht laut wenn die Autos vorbei fahren.
Nach Porto sind es ca 3 km zu Fuß, man kann die Strecke auch mit dem Auto fahren und sehr günstig parken.

Todo muy biuen limpio y ordenado. Situacion inmejorable y centrica . Unica pega el plato de ducha tan pequeño y estrecho. y El agua caliente dura poco tiempo debido al calentador agua electrico.

Vila Gaia Nova ist ein schöner Stadtteil von Porto. Liegt direkt am Fluß. Ferienwohnung ist nahe der schönen Badestrände. Das historische Zentrum liegt in der Nähe. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in ausreichender Form vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf und im Supermarkt in der Nähe. Sehr nette Hauswirtin hat uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr erholt. Kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alle Infos.
