We had stayed 5 years before, so knew what we were getting. The apartment is small but OK for a few nights. The bed is very comfortable and you don't hear any road noise. The apartment was spotlessly clean.
There is a lovely outdoor space to sit outside and enjoy a drink in the evening.
The owner was helpful and friendly.
The security of the parking was a big deal for us. We knew it was on street parking. We were unprepared for the number of homeless people around. We had to park the car in a street at the back of the building. Gabrielle was insistent that we took out everything visible and helped us empty the car. She was right as when we checked the car the next day the car behind had been broken into.
When we were packing the car on our last morning, we were bothered by 3 separate homeless people who wouldn't leave us and we were reluctant to leave the car in case they did anything.
The concern over parking cast a bit of a shadow over our stay

Nice location. We liked the apartment although the room seems small (only fits the bed and a few space to move around it). We were there with our dog and it was very well received (thank you for the treats!). Hosts were wonderful and surprised us with a bottle of wine as it was my birthday. Also gave us good recommendations on places to eat and helped us with anything we needed.
The room a bit small and central heating wasn't working. We had to use a separate heater. However, all was good.

Felt like a home away from home - was really lovely with all the amenities we needed. The host was fantastic, the place was very cosy and easy to find and near to alot of interesting things.
