The breakfast was pretty good, fresh and greatly varied.
The room overall was not well maintained. For a five-star hotel in particular, it is unacceptable to see long-standing dust on the desk and bedside tables. Also, the carpet didn't seem to have been properly vacuumed for a good while. A minor yet telling show of disregard: one of the elevators had an LCD screen broken. Not something you'd expect to find in a 5-star hotel

The service was amazing, everything we requested was done very quickly and the staff were super friendly and accommodating, all the facilities were also beyond our expectations.
