The apartment is brand new and is located in Guarajuba Beach.
Finely decorated, we think of every detail in the apartment to recreate a beach environment for rest and enjoyment.
The apartment is nascent and has:
- Living room with double sofa bed, 43 "TV rack, table with 4 chairs, lounge chair and side tables, Nespresso sideboard and coffee maker;
- Balcony with two wooden tables, 4 chairs and a sideboard;
- Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, clothes sink, dish sink and household items (plates, cups, cups, cutlery, broom, dustpan ...);
- Air-conditioned double room with suite, with double bed and single auxiliary bed, 40 "TV, 2-door wardrobe;
- Air-conditioned guest bedroom with double bed and single auxiliary bed, dresser with drawers;
We provide bed linen (sheets, pillowcase, blanket, pillow) and bath (face towels, bath towels and bath mat). In addition to dishcloth, hand cloth and floor cloth.
The condo is super nice and family friendly. Has adult pool, children's pool, playground, barbecue kiosk (must be rented directly with the administration of the condominium and this rent is not included in the daily rate), a parking space for a vehicle and a ballroom (exclusive use of residents).

O lugar é lindo. Praias, restaurantes e lazer para toda a família. O apartamento é perfeito. Tudo que foi anunciado está disponível. A anfitriã é cortez e nos deu excelentes dicas da região. Recomendo!

Adoramos o lugar. Decoração de extremo bom gosto. Mobiliado com todos os detalhes, pensado no conforto e bem estar. Piscina maravilhosa. Localização excelente. Ambiente familiar e bem tranquilo. Nosso contato com Nara foi muito bom. Atenciosa, cuidadosa com os detalhes, disponível e prestativa.
