House in condominium with 3/4 and 2 suites, all rooms with split air conditioning, cable TV, wi-fi, gourmet area with barbecue and private pool, clubhouse with volleyball court, lawn football field, lounge games and pool. Private security and 24h. Condominium is 5 minutes from Barra de Jacuípe, 10 minutes from Guarajuba and 25 minutes from Praia do Forte by car. Will be charged for outside energy and water consumption, by reading the watches.
