About this house rental
The house is not specifically designed for events, even if the tenant is free to do it following the rules of good living with other residents of the condominium.
The 10 person limit does not include children of any age.
Furnished and cozy single storey house with:
1) Swimming pool (with night lighting around);
2) Green area (night lighting in white in the surroundings and green in the coconut trees);
3) 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans, one suite with a queen size double bed and two others each with two single beds;
4) Kiosk with two barbecues (one large fixed and one smaller mobile).
The tenant is allowed to use: a) table, chairs and sun lounger for use in the pool area; b) bench and chairs for use on the balcony (beautiful and comfortable); c) furniture inside the house (table and chair for meals and kitchen, sofa, cupboards in the bedrooms, etc.); d) various kitchen utensils (refrigerator, microwave, stove, blender, etc.); e) washing machine; f) kit with 3 beach chairs, a large umbrella and a cooler for going to the beach.
Dimensions: total area 404 m² and built area 175 m².

O anúncio correspondeu ao que encontramos. Lugar agradável ,casa confortável, os cômodos bem equipados...as camas bem confortáveis...tudo favoreceu para uma boa experiência no final das contas.
Alguns detalhes precisou ser reveisto durante a minha estadia, mas nada que prejudicasse o nossa boa impressão!.Sem contar que o proprietário sem bem solícito e educado, voltaremos mais vezes!

Fiquei muito satisfeito com a locação. Tem o necessário para se passar bons dias de lazer. Só não é 100% porque não tem ar condicionado, conforme o anúncio.
Este imóvel é uma excelente opção. recomendo.
