Has: Central gas; Cleaning of the apartment once a week, swimming pool, playground, security, common laundry area and 24 hour doorman.
Fit for 2 rooms for up to 6 adults and 2 children.
Two double beds (one in each room), two single mattresses and two sofas and has a Mezzanine. One room with air conditioning and the second room with a 40 cm large turbo fan, 2 SMART TV 32 ", one in the suite and one in the living room.
Refrigerator, furnished American kitchen, basic kitchen utensils (pots, small pressure cooker, couscous, dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, thermos, sieve), Microwave, sandwich maker, Blender; iron, 4 pillows, clean bedding and towels.
Gas already included and basic CLEANING once a week.
Electric energy measured and paid separately.
Leisure area, pool deck, kiosks with barbecue grills and pizza oven (use is upon reservation and payment of fee), children's playground, games room. 24 hour security; 1 parking space and close to the beach.
Pets only inside the house, not allowed in the common area.
