The staff is very nice and attentive. The room was very nice and with a lot of space. Also the pools and service is great. The buffet has a lot of options to eat
Our room was next to the elevator so the noise from the hall was frequent. But we understand it was because of the location and the room was great so it was a minor problem.

The room is very spacious and was generally clean, the food was really nice and dinner was diverse. The location is great. The wellness spa was great.
The wellness spa restroom was digusting a 5 star hotel shouldnt allow this. The staff doesnt respect the do not disturb indicator.
Minor issue: the coffee cups in the room were dirty on arrival

It was clean.
No internet in room, without water almost half of day. They didn’t offer anything as solution. Food was cold and not fresh. We didn’t have hot water in room. They mention compensation, but on check-out nothing….
