La profesionalidad y amabilidad de la recepcionista, que además se ofreció a telefonear al tren de Mokra Gora para hacernos las reserva del tren turístico, aunque no pudiera hacerla por no obtener respuesta a sus llamadas...
Por cierto, al menos el 23 de junio, pudimos comprar los billetes en la Estación de Mokra Gora sin previa reserva.
No nos gustó la lentitud con que se atiende en el lugar donde se sirve el desayuno, junto al Lago, llevábamos casi 20 minutos de espera y ni siquiera nos habían tomado nota de la comanda, por lo que no nos esperamos a desayunar para no perdernos el espectacular tren turístico.
