To što smo umesto dva zasebna kreveta za decu u jednoj od spavaćih soba imali jedan krevet i jednu fioku koja je zamena za krevet.

Reaction time for the issues we addressed. For example, missing wine glass was delivered within 2 hrs despite the fact it was busy, check in rush hours.
The location is quite convenient.
All showers in the SPA area were out of function, pool too cold (no more than 23 degrees C).. No one-time slippers offered at the apartment makes very inconvenient to get and stay at SPA..
As the reception desk confirmed, the appartement we got is planned for renovation (would agree on that).
