Clean, good location has a spa.
We had a few unpleasant occurrences during our stay -
1) The room was different than what was shown in the pictures we booked. For example, the pictures showed a table with 2 chairs, which we planned to use for dinner, but we only had a single chair and a tiny table which only had room for car keys and a bottle of water.
2) We got a room on the 5th floor, but the elevator only goes up to 4th - be aware you’ll have to carry your luggage up the stairs if you get a 5th floor room.
3) The ceiling in our room was oddly shaped - we were able to stand up straight in only about 50% of the room. The person sleeping closer to the balcony had to bend down while getting in/out of bed or while accessing their luggage.
4) The receptionist who checked us in wasn’t very nice or friendly. She wasn’t listening to us and talked over us during check in. She even asked us to leave while handling our passports and come back after 5 minutes - obviously we refused, but the ask itself isn’t acceptable.
5) We accidentally made a single person reservation instead of a couple’s booking. We obviously paid the difference, which the receptionist said is over 2,100 RSD, but only after completing the payment we saw the price table on the counter, stating the difference between a single person and couple booking is only 600 RSD. We didn’t really understand why we were charged over 1,500 RSD more than the price in their table.
