Good night rest, for a couple of nights to be advised

Very friendly staff and really clean. The breakfast was ok. I think the price for the rooms is a little high, but we had a good night rest and were serviced well.

Decent hotel located in the center of Banneux

Stayed over for LBL, hotel is located right next to the start with some restaurants in the neighbourhood. Parking available on site next to the hotel. The rooms are small but clean. Breakfast was included, basic & in accordance with the price. Overall good value for money.

The walls and ceilings are thin and it was a bit noisy at night, you can hear people walking in their rooms (I was located at middle floor).

There was no breakfast, in fact I never saw a single member of staff! Otherwise hotel communication via messages was ok, the room was made each day, clean and adequate. Value for money if you're after a basic stay

Good value for the money

This hotel is great value for the money, the lady on reception was very friendly. Hotel is not renovated, but very clean and good located for one night stay. There is lot of parking spaces for free.

GPS location for this property is on the wrong side of the road, but we called for instructions.

Very nice play to stay

Before I went here, I was read a lot bad reviews. Hair in drains, mosquitoes, a not polite hostess etc.. We'll I can say that my stay was pleasant. When I arrived to the hotel and the hostess saw I was from the Netherlands, she directly changed the language from french to dutch, and to be honest its rare in Wallonia to have this experience. Also she was absolutely happy and gave you a nice welcome. Big plus for me. Later when I arrived in the room I was suprised by this mini bar. This is only a 2* hotel, even some 4 star hotels dont have this. So again a big plus. About the room, basic but nice you cant expect more. There even was a ventilator. How often you will find these in your hotel room, slight chance almost 0. So seriously the bad reviews are a bit strange for me. I absolutely had a good stay!

Ever heard about SABENA? A Belgian airline that went bankrupt long time ago. There was a joke saying that SABENA meant Such A Bad Experience Never Again! This hotel is a SABENA!

Exceptional

The lady was charming so helpful. We rang her up when we were lost and she gave us right directions to Banneux Spimont. She's like a mother to everyone. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The room walls were quite thin though, could hear talking from the next room. Other than that it was comfortable. We were on our way to Spa Francorchamps to watch Formula 1.

Niet evenredig met de prijs, maar voldoende voor een enkele nacht.

Het piepleine kamertje en de minuskuule badkamertje waren opvallend proper en er werd een zeer volledig ontbijt voorzien in de prijs.

Dat de 1-persoonskamer voor 65 eur via Booking niet dezelfde zou zijn als via mailverkeer met het hotel, viel tegen. Voor nog eens 10 eur meer zou je ook TV (en airco?) op de kamer hebben als je via het hotel boekt.

Heel vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam

De kamer was op leeftijd, Kartonnen bekers inplaats van een glas en een waterkoker zonder Thee of koffie De badkamer was een wasbak en wc prima maar de douche heeft dringend een renovatie nodig, na het douche was de badkamer voor nat dat was echtceen nadeel en de regendouche zat verstopt van de kalk

Pas de problème au niveau de la propreté, la chambre est faite même après une nuit passé là-bas Pour les repas ou déjeuner, nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de manger sur place L'accueil était sympa

Entre les photos sur Booking et la chambre que nous avons eu ce n'est pas vraiment représentatif malheureusement... Donc oui, pour passer une ou deux nuits ça passe mais quand même assez déçu en ayant découvert la chambre car c'est assez ancien et salle de bain très petite et drôle de baignoire avec un rebord dans le fond donc compliqué pour se laver, c'est dommage mais donc je me devais de faire part par photos de la chambre que nous avons eu.
