Bon rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner copieux, hôte accueillant, chambre propre spacieuse et climatisée. Bons restaurant à proximité et à moins de 2 km attention bcp de restaurant fermé le lundi en Belgique. Situation calme, nous sommes venues pendant le match belgique états Unis et pas un bruit alors que la ville proche de verviers était en effervescence. Salle de bain agréable eau chaude serviettes en quantités suffisantes et sèche cheveux.
Petit bémol concernant le couloir collectif qui mène au palier privatif de la chambre. Ce couloir dégageait une forte odeur de poubelle en même temps elles sont stocker dans ce couloir. Par contre pas d'odeurs dans le hall privatif d'accès à la chambre et pas d'odeurs dans la chambre.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Parkplätze vorhanden auf der Straße. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, er hat sich um alles perfekt gekümmert. Alles war sehr unkompliziert.
Zimmer war direkt am Gehweg der Straße. Ist aber für eine Übernachtung kein Problem.
