All the amenities include a large balcony that faces the gulf.(fantastic sunsets)..a full kitchen with modern appliances and granite counter facility and barbecue .24 hour security and the elevator to the 1st floor and you are walking on sand in less than 2 minutes....Then you can stroll beach side to all the great beach restaurants that are about 1/2 mile another 1/2 mile to pier 60 for the sunset vendors with all the colorful atmosphere of an outdoor the amenities of Paradise the safety of staying in the United States....A Bargain

Do yourself a favor and book this great unit at Regatta Beach Club. Osprey, pelicans and seagulls fly by the balcony. Walk out your door and you are on the sand. Explore the beach for miles in either direction, often with few people. Watch for dolphins and manatees off shore. Shelling, beach combing to your hearts content. The unit is well equipped with all you need for a long or short stay. I was there for nine months and wanted for nothing. New state of the art grills downstairs by the beautiful swimming pool. Gym, ping pong and pool tables, and a personal 13 seat theater are in the building. Great property and great time. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with if I had any questions. You may find yourself deciding to stay and live here year round like I did!
