About this apartment rental

We are a small quiet "Ma & Pa" apartment building on the north end of Clearwater Beach. Right on the inter coastal water with a great view of the water. Daily dolphin and manatee sightings from our property almost year round. You can park your car and not get back in it because we are a short walk to all the restaurants, shops, the beach, Pier 60, and the marina where all the entertainment is. Family owned and operated since 1986!

Needs new towels and washcloths. Need some paint and updates. Need a deep cleaning job. We did enjoy the location and the peace and quiet. It was definitely worth the price

It was a good location but some things were not as clean as I would have liked. Dusty etc. and some things weren’t in good working order. We loved the area but unfortunately wouldn’t stay here again.
