One of the few “ma & pa” places left on Clearwater Beach. Small, cozy, friendly, and family operated for 40 years. We are a small apartment building with 10 different apartments located on the north end of the island. The building is walking distance to everything. The beach, restaurants, shops, Pier 60, and marina. The trolley makes a stop right in front of our building in case you want to really venture out. The apartment has 1 queen sized bed, a full sized living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Great location, very very safe. Loved the tennis courts across street , watch people play at night! Beautiful Catholic Church end of street for Christmas Mass I loved. Very close to everything as far as restaurants and CVS , bars and beach is right there. Perfect place because even though it’s crowded it’s very quiet and peaceful. Love it. I would stay again !

We enjoyed the location. The beach was on one side and the bay was on the other. There were plenty of dining options.

Location was great for beach access and generally quiet for a Holiday weekend. Grounds were not very well kept up. Building is in dire need of upkeep and repair. As others have said, noisy water pipes [always thought someone was knocking on the door] assorted grills, boat motor and some patio furniture in decay unless you're lucky. Beach chairs not seen as the picture portrays. Not sure if there is weekly or monthly rentals there but sure seem to be. I'm sure it was just our weekend there, they apt next to us had a visit from the police concerning a domestic disturbance which seemed to be resolved with one partner agreeing to leave, but never did. Apt was clean and comfortable, even with the fridge sounding like taking off from a runway [but did make great ice]. Overall, you get what you pay for so at best 3 stars.
