About this house rental
No Pets! ACKtually Ours provides a unique opportunity to escape to Nantucket! Enjoy your very own 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Nantucket-style home located near the Miacomet Golf Course and centrally located near both beaches, the brewery and town. This home was designed by an interior designer with new beach style furnishings and amenities. Enjoy privacy, peace and quiet with all types of activities right nearby! Walk to your private beach through Land Bank property. Enjoy the beautiful weather with a glass of wine on the outdoor patio or grill on the Weber Genesis II gas grill. Cisco Brewery is right around the corner and the large new Stop and Shop grocery is just down the street. Parking for two cars is available on the property.
The home offers all the creature comforts you need, including a living room with gas fireplace, white slipcovered sofa and chairs, family room, kitchen, dining room, and outdoor shower. Powder room is also on the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms with two queen beds and one king, a linen closet and two full baths. The basement has laundry, and two rooms, one as an extra playroom/TV room with sofa and chair, foosball and puzzle tables for rainy days.
Luxury amenities include slipcovered sofas, supima cotton sheets, Claire Murray rugs, Pre de Provence soaps, newly finished hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. The entire home has been freshly painted with new shutters, blinds and blackout shades in all bedrooms. The large dining room table easily seats eight and is located next to a separate family room with new flat screen tv. On rainy days, there are children’s’ activities in the living room cupboard. The house has an outdoor shower for after the beach!
When you arrive, please read the book on the kitchen island. It tells you where to rent your bikes, our favorite restaurants and beaches, great places to shop and the must-do historic sites on the island. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors help keep an eye on the property for us. Our property manager, Jason, will provide you with keys and ensures that everything is ready when you arrive. Our house is our pride and joy and we hope you will treat it with the care that we do! Nantucket requires recycling so please follow the instructions provided in the welcome book. To ensure that all guests have a great experience, absolutely no pets are allowed.

The house is bright, clean and beautiful. It was everything we needed for the stroll weekend. We loved it and would definitely book again.
The owner was very quick getting back to me when I messaged her with questions and was very helpful. It’s a quick uber or drive into town.

Our family of four had a lovely stay. The house was in great shape for our arrival. It is well appointed with everything you need, including beach gear. There are a number of different sitting areas, a nice shaded backyard and a large basement area that we didn’t even use. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Sue was a great host and we would stay here again!

My group of two couples has a wonderful stay at this property on Nantucket. The house was as advertised, if not better. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect for our trip. The proximity to Miacomet golf course and beach were ideal for us. We were also really impressed with the WiFi (which was a big deal for us given that a few of us had to work during our stay)Sue, the property manager, was extremely easy and pleasant to work with, and everything about the check-in/check-out process was really smooth. I highly recommend this rental.
