About this house rental
Well-situated near town and beaches. Take a quick walk down Milk Street to town, or hop on the bike path to Cisco Brewery, Bartlett Farm, and beaches.
This luxurious home has an open floor plan for easy living. The kitchen is open to the living room across a large island with counter seating for 6. It is fully-equipped with a convection oven, quiet dishwasher, granite counters, and all the tools a cook could want. The dining room has a large French country farm table which seats 10, and French doors to the back porch. There are front and back porches, an upstairs deck, and an outdoor shower. The back porch has a dining table and a Weber gas grill. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a limestone or tile full bath, and a powder room on the main floor. Other amenities include Brazilian cherry floors throughout, central AC, w/d on the main floor and basement, wireless high-speed internet, and whole house audio inside and out. Town is an easy, less than a mile walk down Milk Street, yet the house has an away-from-it all feel. Jetties Beach is 2 miles, and Cisco, Dionis, and Surfside are 3 miles or closer.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 6 (2 parents, 2 grandparents, and 2 children aged 7 and 9). We especially loved the swing set and back porch. The location was great as well. Easy 15 min walk to town and on the bike path to Cisco Brewers and Bartlett’s Farm.
