About this house rental
The house of S. Brás is located in the parish of Ventosa, in Vieira do Minho, occupying a land with 1. 200m2. From all the property you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape, which includes the Caniçada and Serra do Gerês. The entrance to the Peneda-Gerês National Park is within walking distance.
It is a new house, modern architecture and with excellent sun exposure, boosted inside by the large glazing of rooms and bedrooms.
The house presents about 280m2 of construction area, spread over two floors. On the lower floor are the living and dining rooms and the fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and a laundry / storage room. On the upper floor are the three bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a terrace of 40m2. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, respectively, sharing a third bathroom and a balcony.
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Outside, always with the Caniçada reservoir and the mountain range on the horizon, you can enjoy a large lawn and garden, as well as a swimming pool and a porch, both equipped with their furniture and outdoor equipment (sun loungers, umbrellas, relax chairs and grill).
In its environs are the Rio Caldo marina and San Bento Sanctuary, the Caniçada dams, Salamonde and Ermal, the village of Vieira do Minho, which offers various amenities and services (restaurants, tourism, health centers, hospital, pharmacy, etc.) and, of course, the Peneda-Gerês National Park with all its natural wonders, historical and cultural heritage and leisure activities.
Braga is 30 km away, while Guimarães is 50 km from Casa de S. Brás. The nearest airport is Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, in Porto (80 km).

We were welcomed by Rita and Joao, the best hosts you can imagine! The house is absolutely beautiful and superbly equipped, the pool is cool and clean and very refreshing after a hot day. Last but not least, the view is breath taking! Seeing is believing! We must definately return!

This property was amazing. House was very clean and owner met us upon arrival. He had even started to walk down the road to meet us when we thought we were lost. The view from this house is truly amazing. Pictures could not capture the beauty. House was equipped with everything we needed.

Das Haus ist einfach fantastisch. Die Gastgeber sehr nette Menschen die sich um alles kümmern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Luxus und Komfort des Hauses sehr genossen.

Erg mooi huis, goed geoutilleerd op mooie plek. De omgeving is ook mooi, alleen het huis is enigszins lastig te bereiken via smalle steile weg. Verder top vakantie gehad, verhuurder zeer behulpzaam.
