The sofa was not easy to sleep on i would recommend getting a better sofa bed

Close to bus station and scenic view from window.
On 5th floor so be prepared to walk for more than 10 flights of stairs. Difficulty in communication in English with host. No reply as to check in hours (need to arrange to get the keys outside the flat) until AFTER actual arrival in town and message to host suggesting to report to booking.com. I already message the host more than once as per their instructions a few days before, one day before and on the very day. We arrived late to get keys because of traffic hiccup but if we learnt about the time to check in earlier or in good time we might not travel far from the property in the first place. I only stated the facts.
