Good, quiet location. Handy shops nearby and good supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Bed mattresses were very comfortable. Very quick and easy to communicate with the agents. We had a problem with the sink plug in the bathroom but that was very quickly sorted. Very pleased to be able to check in a little earlier, and also check out slightly later, whih fitted in well with our train times.
Duvets were way too hot and no light covers/blankets available to use as an alternative The arrival/key collection instructions were not very clear especially as were were arriving by train so were not using the garage entrance at all but luckily there was a very helpful cleaner there to help us

The kitchen was excellent, everything what we need was available. The location was near to the city centre, the breakfast was delicious with a big selection.
We couldn’t find our keys, the message sender was helpful, but without a personal staff it was difficult to find them.
