The apartment was not properly cleaned; we found a broken piece of glass. We had to park our third car about 100 meters away and had to pay extra for it. In the evening, until midnight, loud country music was playing from the restaurant located under the apartment. Some electrical sockets were loose in the wall. The heating was inconsistent: some rooms were very hot even on low radiator settings, while others were still cold even on the highest setting.
