Location is great (5min walk to city’s main street Krupovki). Free parking on site (approximately 6-7 parking spots, depending on how tightly guests park their cars.
While showering with ceiling showerhead (tropical shower), water started to overflow the shower area, because the shower drain wasn’t cleaned from hair for quite some time. Had to clean the drain from previous guests myself, and also the whole bathroom floor from the water. Some of the bathroom lightbulbs were out, needs replacement.
Bed is very small for 2 people - 140x200 cm.
Soundproofing is non existent, you will be awake with the earliest and with the latest of your neighbors.
The host does not speak english at all.
One of the towels had a moderate hole in it.
