We enjoyed our stay there, because the apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. The host is very friendly and considerate. When we asked for extension of our checkout time, she did her best to accommodate our request. And we really thank her for her kindness.
The location is a little bit far from the old town, but the bus stop is close by.

Location - close to the Old Town. There is a small supermarket, bakery nearby. Family oriented place and quiet. The owner was responsive.
The building is old, not really clean, and all the stuff inside the apartment is old - linen, towels, furniture, appliances, etc. which makes the unit not visually appealing.

Gostamos do apartamento, era grande e bem arejado. Boa localização
Não gostamos do chuveiro, pois não tem chuveiro, apenas ducha e não tinha como fixar ela. Foi muito ruim o tomar banho. Disse q tinha itens básico e não deixou nem papel higiênico suficiente p 3 dias.

Ideal location to get in and out of Dubrovnik city.
Good air conditioning in the main bedroom.
Kirsten was very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Outside the apartment was quite noisy as there was a neighbourhood football court outside and a lot of people gathered around.
Very warm in the lounge area a fan would have been useful.
