清潔で適度な広さ、スーパーも近くて便利でした！ 旧市街からはタクシーで15分くらいでした！ 洗濯機もキッチンも冷蔵庫もエアコンもあって 長く滞在する人にはとても便利だと思います！ もちろん短期間でも！ 心地いい滞在ができて満足です！ ありがとうございました！

The apartment is comfortable, clean and well equipped. There are two big rooms, one is the kitchen and the other is the bedroom. The bathroom is small compared to the rest of the apartment and a little bit old fashioned but functioning and clean. The apartment is 5 min walk from the bus station that in 5 min bring you in the city centre. Another bus in the opposited direction brings you in the area of Lapad full or restaurant and beach. There is a beautiful beach ( Bellevue beach) in 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is a spalla market 20 meters from the apartment. I appreciated the location outside of the crowded city centre.

Appartement au calme à 25 mn à pied de la vieille ville. Accueil chaleureux avec une petite marque d'attention : corbeille de fruits. Coin de baignade à deux pas et supérette, boulangerie à côté.

L'appartement mériterait un entretien plus régulier.

The place was clean, beds were comfortable and the place was quiet during the night. We enjoyed the location, there is a small convenience store right in front, walking distance to the city center, 5 minutes away from Bellevue beach and cheap restaurants. We recommend Jack's Burger, Amari Street Food and Mr Foster bar. There's a washing machine (in the bedroom 😕) which we haven't used, and a drying rack outside which is useful.

The place is quite old with no renovations in at least 20 years. The bed sheets and towels are old as well, and definitely need to be replaced. The mini fridge cools, but it is old and rusty, while the kitchen cabinets doors drawers are hard to open. They offer little to no amenities: no coffee maker and coffee, no shower gel either. There was a bad smell in the bathroom and the faucet is loose. We would have appreciated better communication as well, instructions for the apartment (by mistake we turned off a switch, which turned off the boiler leaving us with no hot water for a few hours) and recommendations for the city (tips for transport). The wifi only worked in the kitchen, not the bedroom. I really believe they should make quite a few improvements if they care about their guests. If they want to operate in the HoReCa industry, they should ensure their property meets the expected standards.
