A suburban refuge from the city.

Wonderful stay! Host met us on arrival. We had travelled from Montenegro and our hungry family of six were greeted with welcoming snacks, water and fruit! The host was incredibly generous and thoughtful, providing a wide assortment of teas and coffees to enjoy, as well as a selection of shampoos and toiletries. It felt very welcoming and made the stay extra comfortable.

Best stay in Lapad you will find!

Sandra and her husband are great hosts and they will make guests feel very welcome and comfortable. The apartment is very much cared for and has all the details you need for a holiday. Everything is Well thought of and taken care of. The apartment is in a great neighbourhood in Lapad. The bus that takes you to old town (or to Lapad Beach in the other directie) is only a few minutes walking. Can highly recommend the apartment, the location and facilities.

The hosts was very helpful throughout the trip and had left snacks, wine, and a lot of shower products for us to use. The location of the apartment was good, it was close to beaches and you could easily get a bus to the old town.

Very good value for money

There was a very warm welcoming by the host, and an amazing welcome package was left for us. The apartment was tastefully furnished and decorated, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Everything we needed was in the apartment, including toilet paper, soap, cleaning detergent for dishwasher and washing machine, seasoning, coffee and so on. Beds were comfortable, and there were separate AC units in all rooms. Good seating area on the balcony, making this the natural place to sit in the evenings. Good communication with the host both before and during the stay. The apartment was very clean in all areas.

It’s a bit of a walk from the apartment to downtown/the old town, but that was not an issue at all as Uber was available within minutes.

Everything needed for a self catering stay, washer, drying line, iron, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, loads of cooking utensils & food prep essentials, bin bags, washing liquids ete etc. We also had snacks & sweets, tea & coffee etc. Supermarket walkable & a local bakery close for fresh bread daily. Good bus services to beach area & the old town. These areas were walkable if reasonably fit. Uber were reliable & sometimes worked out cheaper than local buses (5 in our group). Local taxis available too. Nice balcony to have your moring coffee. 2 large bedrooms, third smaller but space utilised well.

Very nice apartment with a good location.

When we got to the apartment it was very clean and the host made sure there was food and drinks. Which was very nice because we didn’t have to do shopping. Furthermore the location is great. It’s about 20 minutes to the Old Town and 10 minutes to Sunset Beach by foot. The shower was very good to use and well everything was great basically.

Great place

It was an amazing time in Dubrovnik. The hospitality of locals is perfect. The owner of apartments showed us the rooms, explained everything, left a lot of fruits, complementary wine and beer. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. All rooms are air conditioned. The kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed to spend evenings on the balcony. The bathroom has shampoo, gel and a lot of towels. The location is also good: only 800 m to beaches and 30 min walk to old town (5 min by taxi, taxi is cheap). Small shops and cafes are not far from apartments. During our staying the host came with grapes and figs from his garden. It was a great surprise. Thank you a lot! We had a perfect time in Dubrovnik: people, food and weather are the best! Dubrovnik forever in my heart)

Everything was good. The bar near the apartments is quite noisy (only at weekends). But you hear this bar only in case if you are on balcony or if you open the windows.

Very comfortable.

This is the best accommodation I've stayed in all countries I visited. It was spacious, very clean, and fully complete and modern apparatus. The location is very close to Lapad beach, mini supermarket, bakery and 25 minutes walk to Old Town. I like very much the terras.

Idealny dla rodziny, w spokojnej lokalizacji z miejscem na pojazd przy ulicy (zawsze było coś wolnego). Niesamowicie życzliwi, dostępni i służący pomocą gospodarze. Квартира была полностью оборудованна всем, что может понадобиться. Три отдельные (не проходные) спальни, зал, кухня, очень уютная терасса. Приятные отзывчивые хозяева. Хорошая локация в спокойном районе. Можно гулять на гору или по променаду. До пляжа 10 минут вниз и около 20 назад в гору. До центра города идёт 4 автобус, Но мы все время ходили пешком, около получаса. Всё очень понравилось!

Штопор неудобный, девочкам было тяжело справляться самостоятельно 😅

Oled nagu kodus. - Pehmete madratsitega voodid. -Väga hea asukoht. Bussipeatus 2 min kaugusel. -Meri- Sunset rand. Me kõndisime jala. Ca 12 min. Saab ka bussiga. Kui peatud pikemalt, siis soeta bussikaart. -3 min kaugusel saiapood, kus saime sooja saia ja pitsalõike. -Ja muidugi omanik, kes alati vastas, kui meil olid küsimused ja aitas lennujaamatranspordiga. Saime hästi toreda taksojuhi kontakti. Meil on suurem pere ja me vajasime 7- kohalist bussi. Korterisse saabudes meid ootasid snäkid ja joogid. Väga hoolitsev ja soe vastuvõtt! Kindlasti tuleme tagasi!
