Location is great, the apartment is very large, you get a great living room and a separated kitchen, plus two bedrooms. Everything was very clean, and I can't state how great it was that there was a lot of towels. The hosts also didn't save money on toilet paper :)
In short, the apartment is fully fitted so you don't need to bring anything. There's an iron, a hairdryer, detergents, a washer, a dryer. You'll have everything you need.
The tram station is only 5 minutes away, plus there's plenty of stores and fast food nearby, if you need it.
Mosquito nets on the windows would help, but it's a minor inconvenience. If you're visiting in the summer, have that in mind. Other than that, there is really nothing to complain about.

The location and it was quite big.
The sewer smell, the lack of extra blankets and the poor communication with the host.
