Situated at Te Ngaere Bay, a small seaside community about 40 minutes' drive north of Kerikeri. The owner's parents built their dream house using Hinuera Stone, Cedar and Rimu beams. The house provides a comfortable roomy place to relax and enjoy the sea and its wildlife. There are many activities, including Fishing, Diving, Golfing, boating, and many scenic walks from coastal walks to Kauri Forest walks. There is a stream at the end of the beach that provides boat launching for 4WD vehicles. The Whangaroa Harbour is situated 30-minute drive to the north and is well worth a cruise to see the dramatic rock formations.

Recently stayed here for the seventh time! Love it more and more every time. House is well set up with everything that you need. Great deck for relaxing with a view. Can't wait for next year!
