Black Point beach in SA is one of the few beaches in Australia where the houses sit right on the beach. You literally walk off your deck straight on to the sand and are just a few steps from the water. There is not a worry about the kids crossing busy roads or cars getting in the way.

Spend the day reading a book on the front deck while the kids play in the shallows or step off the deck on to the sand and enjoy a game of beach cricket, wander up and scour the reef for starfish or throw in a line and catch some whiting for dinner.

This gorgeous beach house offers a great open plan kitchen, meals and living area with TV as well as queen bedroom, bunk room with ensuite (also with a TV/DVD) and all your core amenities under the one roof. While the main house can sleep up to 7 people, the hidden gem of this property has to be the second living space just steps from the back door!

The separate self-contained cottage apartment offers great flexibility to guests looking to accommodate multiple families, grandparents, parents with small children or guests simply wanting a bit more space to spread out! The outdoor flat is completely self-contained and can sleep an additional 4 guests. It offers a very tidy kitchen/dining room, bedroom (with TV/DVD) and en-suite bathroom.

Black Point is locate approximately 110 minutes from Adelaide and has the gorgeous seaside towns of Ardrossan, Stansbury and Port Vincent just a short drive away. Ardrossan has a great supermarket, butcher, chemist, bakery/cafe, newsagency, hospital, hardware store and pub (which does good pub meals).
