About this house rental
AURORA is a 2 storey holiday home that accommodates up to a maximum of 17 guests - maximum of 15 adults - 2 trundles are suitable for children only. Close to the beach with sea views from the balcony. An ideal place for families to base your Yorke Peninsula getaway! Plenty of parking for cars and the boat!
Upstairs:
Large open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer plus an extra freezer, electric oven and stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster. Dining area with dining table/chairs, living area with large TV, 2 x 3 seater lounges, 2 single chairs, coffee table, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, ceiling fan. (PLEASE NOTE-wood fire shown in pictures is out of order and not for guests use)
Sliding doors leading out to balcony with sea views, 2 x tables and chairs.
3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans, 1 with built-in robe, 1 with walk-in robe.
Bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower with grab rail, separate w/c.
Downstairs:
Bedroom with ceiling fan, built-in robe, living area serves as a bedroom with fuse ball table, ceiling fan, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.
Small kitchenette with sink.
Bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower with grab rail, w/c.
Laundry with front loading washing machine, laundry sink.
Undercover paved area with outdoor setting, outdoor heater, hooded BBQ.
Rear yard with clothesline. Fish cleaning facility
Under roof 3 bay parking, duel driveway.

Bed configuration - Upstairs: bed 1 - double, bed 2 - queen plus bunk bed, bed 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top)
Downstairs: bed 4 - double, bed 5-living area - 1 x bunk, 2 x single beds plus 2 trundles-suitable for children only.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Hardwicke Bay is a small beachside settlement with beautiful beaches, reef and rockpools.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Large house with great balconies, undercover back entertaining area and fenced back yard. House clean except for barbecue which was filthy! Very comfy lounge and dining area, and kitchen good. Two beds upstairs were comfy, the third (double bed under single bunk) was very small due to extra mattress on top - more like a three quarter bed than a double. And bed in downstairs bedroom sunk in the middle giving those sleepers back problems. Didn't use beds in downstairs games area, so can't comment on those. Thus, at least 50% of the beds need updating. Location fantastic - not hemmed in, and due to the house being at right angles to the sea, the front verandah was quite protected even when very windy out the back. Enjoyed our stay.
