Wonderful family holiday home in Tiddy Widdy Beach offering gorgeous sun rises, 180 degree sea views of St Vincent Gulf, star lit skies, beach access right across the road - perfect for crabbing which Tiddy Widdy is known for - and everything you need 5 minutes away in Ardrossan.
Plenty of space with six bedrooms, a kitchen upstairs and another one downstairs, easily accommodating two families. You will love the upstairs balcony, never tire of the views and watching the tide roll in and out.
With a cup of coffee and a good book you will not want to leave the peaceful tranquillity that is Tiddy Widdy.
Each room is tastefully decorated for discerning guests, with quality linens and towels.
Upstairs boasts a three piece bathroom, and separate toilet/sink, while downstairs there is a further toilet, shower and sink. The back yard offers outdoor seating, barbeque and a huge shed with kitchen sink, fridge and three piece bathroom.
The shed also has a table tennis table and a 2 person basketball game, as well as leather sofas.
There are 2 electric car charging stations in Ardrossan, a RAA and Tesla charging station.
The town of Adrossan is a short 3kms away with Drakes grocery store, golf course, playground for children, cafe's, food and fashion shops and look out for a delightful boutique home decor shop called Whelm. If walking /biking and fresh sea air is your thing, you can "walk the Yorke" right outside your house on marked paths - try it at sunset to see the distant lights on the Ardrossan jetty.
Tiddy Widdy is the ideal spot to explore Yorke Peninsula, with Kadina and Port Hughes 45 minutes away, and Innes National Park only a 90 minute drive with some of South Australia's most beautiful beaches.

Everything at the house was in excellent shape. Having said that I did notice that there are a few loose tiles around the front veranda which may cause a hazard. A very comfortable stay was had by all and the weather was fantastic, thank you once again it is great that we don’t have to worry about taking towels and linens etc.

Renovated part of the house is lovely and lower part would benefit from renovation as well.There is 6 bedrooms which is great only thing we have found that we needed more sitting space in living room , not enough couch space for all of us. Also find table upstairs could not accommodate 10 off us plus 2 kids. Otherwise we would recommend this property to others.Dan is very responsive as a host .
