About this house rental
SEAVIEW RETREAT is a modern 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 11 guests, only a short drive to the beach. Sea glimpses from the upstairs bedroom.
Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven/stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, Delonghi coffee pod machine (BYO pods), dining area with large table plus chairs, living area with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, lounge, 3 chairs, stool, coffee table, smart TV, sound bar.
2nd bedroom with ensuite - vanity, walk-in shower, full size bath and w/c, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.
3rd bedroom with reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.
Family bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, w/c, front loading washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs there is the main bedroom with small balcony and sea glimpses, vanity and w/c, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.
Please note there is no child gate for the stairs.
Large rear yard with fold out clotheslines, outdoor setting, BBQ, fridge/freezer.
Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Linen can be hired - $38.50 for double/queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.
Bed configuration - bed 1- upstairs - queen plus tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top), bed 2 - downstairs - queen, bed 3 - downstairs - 2 x single bunk beds
A great crabbing beach and bird sanctuary awaits you at Tiddy Widdy which is located just around the corner. It’s a small quiet beachside settlement just north of Ardrossan. Ardrossan has facilities such as Drakes Foodland, Bottle shop, News agency, Bakery, Café’s, Bank and a Hotel, all located within a 90 minute drive from Adelaide and conveniently positioned on the Yorke Peninsula.

We were very happy with our stay. The accommodation was spaciuos and clean. We had three bedrooms, three toilets and two bathrooms. The kitchen was well appointed.We did have some issues.We had a bbq and the gas ran out half way through, so we had to cook inside, and the bbq wasn't clean.The main bedroom only had a venetian blind on the window facing the street and there was a street light directly across the road and it was very bright in the bedroom all night. We had trouble sleeping it really needs a blockout curtain.
