Comfortable and Convenient!

Location was about 20 minutes once exiting the Felipe Angeles International airport. Room was very nice with cozy bed and pillows! We had a breakfast included stay which was delicious.

Our room smelled a little like paint. Wifi was not working immediately.

Rooms are very clean and in good shape Food at hotel in general is very good quality. Staff is very polite and helpful. I would say the hotel is one of the best in the region ( Nearby AIFA airport)

From LOBBY to floors above it was perfect.

Everything was amazing from the lobby and all the floors above... The staff was really attentive and courteous. Everything was perfect. The restaurant was amazing-even the continental breakfast. They always made sure our room was fully stocked even on the day that I didn't request housekeeping. Amazing-it was my first time staying in a hotel out of the country and i was blown away. Even the gym was perfect.

The entrance is on the side of the building and if it is after hours - security would have you back all the way back to exit the building, or would have them park BACKED IN(you would be screwed if you had a full size vehicle). Then when you would try to walk to the Hotel thru the front door was uncomfortable. you would have to wait for security to open the door for you- and you wait if there is no one close by. My spouse would walk in with work clothes and they would talk down to him until he would tell them that he was a guest. Very judgmental.

El personal super atento desde que me comunique, con la mejor actitud para dar la información del traslado. A nuestro arrivo qué por cierto fue de madrugada, nos recibieron super atentos, amables y ágil para hacer el check in

Opción conveniente cercana al AIFA

Hotel excelente, cuya principal baza es el hecho de situarse a unos 20 minutos en coche del aeropuerto (AIFA), lo que ahorra el tener que trasladarse a CDMX si se tiene un vuelo temprano al día siguiente; hay también varias opciones de comida y comercios en las inmediaciones; me encantó el cuarto, con diferentes tipos de iluminación, además de agua y café de cortesía; cama extremadamente cómoda; y servicio de WiFi excelente; por la mañana es posible disfrutar de un pequeño desayuno continental.

Aunque se perfila como una de las pocas opciones de cierta calidad en esa zona, no es un hotel para presupuestos ajustados.

Desconozco si es problema de Booking o del hotel, pero en la aplicación habían dado un precio total y en el hotel agregaron impuestos lo que hizo subir el precio que no estaba considerado en el presupuesto original!!
