very good location, nicely and fully equipped and nicely and tasteful decorated, good and welcoming service; the roof terrasse is very nice particularly in the evening hours; it is about 300m to the beach, which is a beach with small cobblestones and a good beach bar; parking is available a few steps from the entry of the garden. Kitchen well and fully equipped (but no oven). AC system was very handy during a very hot season (setting to 25 deg C allowed reasonable sleep)
the apartment is part of a small "complex" of apartments, closely located. All fine, but the direct neighbours have been a bit noisy at times (fairly loud music on the balcony). As we were not good in Italian, we did not really want to argue; beside this, it was all nice, the other neighbours were very discrete and friendly.
The apartment is well for 4 people, we would not recommend more than that.

Clean, tidy, well-equipped, close to the beach, very comfortable for families with kids
Neighborhood could be nicest (neighbors were sometimes to noisy especially in the morning 7-8 am), view from the terrace could be nicer (walls of not well-kept houses, that were bit to close). Be prepare that you will be obliged to manage the garbage every day - not English instructions included
