About this apartment rental
Mini Residence ‘Acquamarina’ consists of 6 apartments 50 metres from the sea.
Apartments of approximately 55 square metres each consist of: living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.
Swimming pool reserved for guests of the residence.
There are three types of apartments:
* (5-6) Two first floors with two small balconies overlooking the swimming pool and Monte Arista and a veranda with sea view where you can eat.
* (3-4) Two central ground floors, these are the most private apartments, with a larger veranda and double entrance to the kitchen/living room and private barbecue area.
(No. 1-2) Two front ground floors with a large veranda with granite columns and a private barbecue area; adaptable bathrooms (for people with reduced mobility in their lower limbs).
In order to ensure total security, there is a video surveillance system in the areas leading to the property and in the pool area.

The pool will be open from 01/05 to 31/10
It will be allowed to host one small dog per apartment 50€
Additional costs will be payed only in cash at check in:

Wir waren mit unserer Familie mit drei Kindern in dieser wunderschönen, gepflegten Ferienanlage.
Es gibt 6 Wohneinheiten. Unsere Wohnung war im Obergeschoss mit tollem Blick auf das Meer.
Zum Strand mussten wir nur einmal kurz über die Straße. Dieser war zu unserer Zeit nie überfüllt und wunderschön. (Allerdings wird das Wasser sehr schnell tief und man kann nicht mehr stehen)
Es gibt aber einige flachabfallende Strände in der Gegend, die für kleinere Kinder schöner sind.
Zum Reinigen nach dem Strandbesuch gibt es eine Außendusche, was sehr sinnvoll ist.
Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Auch der Pool wurde gerne besonders von unseren Kindern genutzt. Auch Nichtschwimmer können hier im flachen Eingangsbereich planschen.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Anlage mit 6 Ferienwohnungen ist genau wie auf den Bildern sehr schön. Der Kontakt für den Check-in und out war super. Restaurants und Supermarkt ist im nächsten Ort. 2 in direkter Umgebung. Man braucht auf jeden Fall einen fahrbaren Untersatz. Das Meer und der Blick sind toll. Der Pool hinter dem Haus einwandfrei. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Nicht zu vergessen, es ist eine Ferienwohnung: Toilettenpapier, Gewürze, Spühmaschinen- und Waschmaschinentabs muss man besorgen (je 2 werden gestellt). Der Müll wird akribisch getrennt. Wenn bei der Abreise noch Reste an Lebensmitteln oder sonstigen Dingen übrig sind, entsorgt der Vermieter dies für € 30, zusätzlich zur Endreinigung für € 50 und Bettwäsche und Handtücher für € 30. Wir waren mit dem Motorrad und nahmen dies in Anspruch. Geparkt wird im Hof, der mit einem elektronischen Tor verschlossen ist. Alles in allem hatten wir 10 sehr schöne Tage auf Sardinien!
